MEMBERSHIP
Who can become a member of the STS?
Anyone receiving or having received an allowance under the Saskatchewan Teacher's Superannuation Act or the Saskatchewan Teachers Retirement Plan. This includes surviving spouses.
Teachers who have retired under other provincial or federal plans and who live in Saskatchewan.
By joining the STS you also become a member of the local chapter.

Fees are currently $2.50 per month and can be paid by payroll deduction.
Please specify on the form that you want to support the Regina Chapter.
You will receive both the provincial STS newsletter, the OUTREACH, and the Regina newsletter.
Application can be made for the [STS GROUP BENEFITS PROGRAM] if you are an active member of the STS and you and/or your dependants are Canadian residents and are eligible for benefits under the provincial health care program in your province of residence. You may obtain Group Benefits Information and an Application form by clicking on the above STS GROUP BENEFITS PROGRAM link.
Local Associate membership:
An Associate Membership may be granted by a Local Chapter to:
1. a spouse of a member
2. a teacher who has retired, but who has not met the requirements for superannuation eligibility.
3. the fee is $5.00
